Second tier
Monk
Monk is the secondary advancement option for the Acolyte class. It forgoes the majority of its ancestor's supportive potential to focus on closing out fights in the best way possible: damage, damage, and more damage.
Following the same pattern as the Priest, Monk skills are divided into two general branches: Spirit Skills building out of the Spiritual Discipline passive, and Combo Skills building out of the Fist Mastery passive. However, these should not be mistaken for two separate builds, while a Monk may choose to specialize in one side of the skill tree over the other, weaving both sides of the tree together is the key to maximizing the Monk's potential.
Also similarly to Priest, Monks have the same system of copying skill levels. Using a Discipline skill will cause your next Combo skill to rise in level to meet it, and vice versa. However, the Monk takes this system one step further, with all skills getting a bonus if cast this way, and a different bonus if cast immediately after another skill of the same type.
The Combo skills are extremely straightforward. They do not require a combo state and can be cast freely, and are capable of dealing Critical damage. If they are cast immediately following a Discipline skill, they are guaranteed to Crit, while if cast following another Combo skill, their cooldown is reduced by half.
Spirit skills, while not much more complex, are at least a bit more varied. Each skill deals physical damage with a unique attribute, one gaining damage based on the target's defense, the other able to be cast at a considerable range, and if cast immediately after a Combo skill, also inflict status effects like Slow and Vulnerable. If instead cast after another Spirit skill, they have their Cooldowns halved.
Finally, Monks possess two skills that slot between the two branches, Spiritual Cadence and Fury. Spiritual Cadence grants the user a stacking buff that increases in effectiveness every time the user switches between Combo and Discipline skills, restoring a small amount of HP and SP each time. Fury fills the opposite niche, granting a stacking buff that increases in strength every time the user uses a skill that matches the previous one, also boosting the user's Crit Rate. Both effects reset to the lowest level if the wrong condition is met, forcing the Monk to think carefully before breaking from their usual combo routine.
Skill list
Skills
Skill names and effects are kept in English because that is how they appear in game.

- Soul Piercer
Spirit skill. The user strikes a target with a concentrated blast of spiritual energy, capable of piercing through any armor. This skill does additional damage based on the user's Int, and is also increased by the target's Defense. If cast immediately after a Combo skill, this skill also inflicts the Vulnerable status. If cast immediately after a Spirit skill, its cooldown is halved.
- Spiritual Lash
Spirit Skill. The user focuses their spiritual energy into a physical projectile before hurling it at a distant enemy. This skill does additional damage based on the user's Int. If used immediately after a Combo skill, it also inflicts the Slow status. If used immediately after another Spirit skill, its cooldown is halved.
- Soul Quake
Spirit Finisher. The user unleashes a destructive wave of spiritual energy in every direction, damaging all enemies in a wide area. This skill does additional damage based on the user's Int. If cast immediately after a Combo skill, this skill also inflicts the Stun status. If cast immediately after another Spirit skill, its cooldown is halved. This skill does not grant the Discipline status.
- Fist Mastery
Passive. Increases the damage, Hit Rate, and Attack Speed of Fist-type weapons, including when unarmed. Whenever the user casts a Combo skill, the next Spirit skill used will be cast at the same level, assuming it isn't already higher.
- Raging Triple Blow

If cast immediately after a Spirit skill, this skill is guaranteed to be Critical. If cast immediately after another Combo skill, its cooldown is halved.
- Raging Quadruple Blow
Combo skill. Delivers a flurry of four quick blows to an enemy, dealing moderate damage. It can be cast freely, and does not require a combo state to activate. This skill does not grant the Iron Fists status.
- Spiritual Cadence
Perfection through balance. The user focuses on maintaining perfect balance in all things, fighting in a steady rhythm to maximize staying power. While active, whenever the user gains the Iron Fists or Discipline Status, if it replaced the opposite, the stack count of this skill increases by 1. If it replaced itself, the stack count is reduced to zero. For each stack, the user's Agility and intelligence are increased, and they regenerate a portion of their HP and SP every five seconds. Does not stack with Fury.
- Fury
Perfection through extremity. The user focuses all their might into delivering explosive performance, increasing the power they are able to bring to bear. While active, whenever the user gains the Iron Fists or Discipline Status, if it replaced itself, the stack count of this skill increases by 1. If it replaced its opposite, the stack count is reduced to zero. For each stack, the user's Strength, Luck, and Crit Rate are increased. Does not stack with Spiritual Cadence.
